The apartment has 138 square meters, incl. the terrace of 17 sq. meters, which is distributed in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living/dining room, guest toilet, kitchen, scullery and a room for the maid with bathroom.

The 3 bedrooms are located separately at one end of the apartment and are all suites with its own bathroom. Master suite 1 has a queen size bed of 160x200 cm, while the suite 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds of 100x200 cm. All 3 rooms are furnished with night tables, wardrobes and its own bathroom with large shower. All 3 rooms are equiped with air condition and all beds with mosquito nets.

Living/dining room with dining table for 6 persons and comfortable sofa corner with television. From the living room there is direct access to the guest toilet. The living/dining room is equiped with air condition.

From the living/dining room, there is access to the terrace through 2 large doors. The terrace is furnished with outdoor sofa and armchair, and a very comfortable hammock.

The kitchen is furnished with service to 8 persons, hob/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster + the indispensable juice blender, so you can enjoy all the exotic fruits.

The scullery is equiped with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. From the scullery there is access to a small bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is designed by local bahian architect David Bastos, who in recent years has been responsible for numerous successful projects and he also designed some of Salvador's best restaurants: Soho, Lafayette and Bar da Ponta.
